Blog 4: Interview Preperation

1.  Who do you plan to interview?  Why?

•  I plan to interview Sonay Hoffman because she is a writer who has written many screenplays and also is the writer of Grey's Anatomy as an assistant and is now a writer for different companies. I chose her because of her background and also I have met her in person.

2.  You have to ask 5 questions.  What additional questions do you plan to ask?  Ask open-ended questions.  

1. How did you get into writing?
2. Do you like the writing your doing? 
3. How long does it take you to go over a script and edit the work?
4. Can you tell me a little bit about how you came up with the many different scripts you have written and where the inspiration came from?
5. Do you have any advice as a writer on how to make sure the script is well written and organized and edited properly?
6. Do you chose what you write or are you given something to write and edit?
7. What is your favorite thing to write?
8. Co you ever feel like you should be doing something else?
9. How long has it been since you first started writing?
10. Do you have any suggestions on who I should interview in the future?
